Order a quarter or half a cow!
- Bulk beef can be purchased as either a quarter or a side of beef:
- Forequarter $990 (you will receive approx. 40kg of packaged meat)
- Hindquarter $1,190 (approx. 50kg of packaged meat)
- Side/half $2,060 (approx. 90kg of packaged meat)
- This option is best for people with plenty of freezer space and who want to select how their beef is cut and portioned (ie more roast, less mince etc.).
- These are processed to your requirements and will be delivered portioned, vacuum packaged and fresh.
- Please register your interest here and we will send you information regarding cut selection etc. ahead of our next processing date.
