Have you ever wondered…
You deserve to know how your food was actually raised.

Labels can be confusing. We know.
Before we started farming, we bought free-range eggs believing our family was getting food raised on pasture — and the nutritional profile that comes with it. We were wrong on both counts. That discovery drove everything about how we farm today, and why we’re this transparent about every practice.
Pasture-raised eggs
— raised right, nutritious for it
Our hens live outdoors on open pasture 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Not occasionally. Always.
And that single fact changes everything about the egg.

Fresh pasture, natural protein
Shelters rotate onto fresh ground so hens forage for insects daily — producing higher omega-3s, more vitamin D, and a richer flavour than eggs from hens spending most of their time indoors.

No beak trimming — ever
Hens with intact beaks forage better — which means better nutrition in every egg.
No routine antibiotics or vaccines.
Medication-free feed always.

Soy/corn-free, non-GMO feed
Any supplemental hen feed is soy-free, corn-free and non-GMO.

Eggs unwashed
No egg washing chemicals. Dry spot cleaned only as necessary, helping preserve the natural protective bloom — keeping eggs fresher for longer, the way nature intended.
Grass-fed and finished
— slower, better, more nutritious
Grain finishing accelerates growth and reduces cost.
It also changes the nutritional profile and flavour of the meat.
Our Speckle Park cattle are never grain-finished — not even in the final months.

100% Grass-fed & finished
Entirely on pasture, their whole lives. Produces higher omega-3s, higher CLA, and a depth of flavour that grain-finished beef can’t match.

Rotational grazing
Cattle move through paddocks so land recovers between grazing cycles. Healthier pasture means healthier cattle — and better beef.

No hormones or routine medications
Slow, natural growth — no hormone residue, no routine antibiotic use. Cow and calf kept together. Chemical-free pasture throughout.
Healthy soil.
Healthy animals.
Healthier food.
We use regenerative farming practices on every hectacre — no synthetic fertilisers, managed pasture recovery cycles, and biodiversity actively encouraged. Good farming should improve the land each year, not deplete it.
The health of the food starts with the health of the land. That’s not marketing. It’s how farming has always worked when it’s done right.
