Beef Box – more details

• Sausages are preservative and gluten free and are well-seasoned with delicious flavour.
• Portions are vacuum sealed to help maintain the meat’s moisture, flavor, and texture, which significantly extends the shelf life of the meat compared to normal packaging. Portions are then frozen within a day to ensure freshness.
• Vacuum packaging also makes it super easy to quickly and safely defrost the meat in cold water (as no water seeps in).

Free Home Delivery

• Your beef will be home delivered frozen in an eco friendly insulated box.
• Our delivery dates are every fortnight on a Thursday (see delivery dates here)

Butchering

• Beef is dry aged for minimum 14 days to enhance flavour and tenderness.
• All our beef is butchered and packaged by another fantastic local small business, Indulgent Meats, just down the road at Port Elliot.

Healthy Beef

• 100% grass fed and grass finished on chemical free pasture.
• No antibiotics, hormones, or vet medications, unless the wellbeing or survival of our animal necessitates.
• We follow Organic and Holistic farming practices wherever possible, along with Low Stress handling techniques when working with our animals.
• Raised from birth on our farm each animal has a stress free life, resulting in better tasting and tender meat.
• The breed of cattle on our farm are called “Speckle Park” and are known for producing high quality and flavourful meat.
