Stock your freezer with premium 100% grass-fed, organically raised beef.  Our Speckle Park breed of cattle are known for natural marbling, tenderness and rich flavour.

Professionally butchered to your specifications, vacuum sealed to maximise quality and delivered fresh to your door (within our Adelaide metro delivery area, or a 40km radius from Myponga).

Estimated freezer space required:

  • Quarter: approx. 100 litres of freezer space
    (Most of the freezer space in a standard kitchen fridge/freezer)

  • Half: approx. 200 litres of freezer space
    (Roughly a small chest freezer)

Bulk Beef – more details

  • Our sausages use a gluten free and preservative/nitrate free binder, along with salt, pepper, garlic, onion and mixed herbs to maximise flavour!
  • If choosing corned silverside – for best results leave in fridge for a week before freezing to allow brine to fully penetrate meat.
  • Portions are vacuum sealed to help maintain the meat’s moisture, flavour, and texture, and significantly extends the shelf life of the meat compared to normal packaging (plus makes defrosting a breeze in the sink!)

Free Home Delivery

  • Your beef will be home delivered portioned, vacuum packaged and fresh (within our Adelaide metro delivery area, or a 40km radius from Myponga).
  • As bulk beef is processed to order please allow four weeks to receive your order. We will let you know the estimated delivery date upon order, or you can contact us before ordering to find out an estimated date (lead time may also vary based on seasonal conditions at the farm).

Butchering

  • Beef is dry aged for 14 days to enhance flavour and tenderness.
  • All our beef is butchered and packaged by another fantastic local small business, Indulgent Meats, just down the road at Port Elliot.

Organically Raised Beef

  • 100% grass fed and grass finished on chemical free pasture.
  • No antibiotics, hormones, or vet medications (unless the wellbeing or survival of our animal necessitates).
  • We follow Organic and Holistic farming practices wherever possible, along with Low Stress handling techniques when working with our animals.
  • Raised from birth on our farm, each animal has a stress free life, resulting in great tasting, tender meat.
  • The breed of cattle on our farm are called “Speckle Park” and are known for producing high quality and flavourful meat. Recent research has also found Speckle Park beef to be high in beneficial omega 3.
