Myponga River Farm

These Terms & Conditions apply to all egg sales, subscriptions, meat products, and other goods supplied by Myponga River Farm (“we”, “us”, “our”) via home delivery or nominated pickup points. By placing an order, starting a subscription, or accepting delivery, you agree to these Terms.


1. Products

  • We supply pasture-raised eggs and grass fed meat products produced and/or sourced by Myponga River Farm.
  • All products are subject to seasonal availability.
  • We take care to ensure accuracy in descriptions, weights, and images, however minor variations may occur due to the natural nature of farm products.

2. Egg Subscriptions

  • Egg subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the frequency selected at checkout.
  • Subscription orders renew automatically unless paused/suspended, modified, or cancelled by the customer within the required notice period (see Section 6).
  • Reactivating a suspended/paused subscription resumes payments from the next scheduled date, not immediately. If you would like payments resumed immediately you can either start a new subscription or email us (hello@mypongariverfarm.com.au) with your preferred payment date.
  • We may adjust pricing with reasonable notice. Updated pricing will apply to future deliveries only.

3. Orders, Payment & Pricing

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable (eggs and meat are GST-free).
  • Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch or pickup.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock limitations, payment issues, or errors in pricing or product information.

4. Delivery & Pickup

Home Delivery

  • Delivery days and times are estimated and may vary due to weather, traffic, or operational constraints.
  • Customers must ensure a safe and accessible delivery location.
  • For perishable goods, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order or that a suitable cool location is provided.

Pickup Points

  • Orders collected from pickup points should be collected within the week where possible.
  • Uncollected orders may not be refundable due to food safety requirements.

5. Risk, Quality & Storage

  • Ownership and risk pass to the customer once goods are delivered or collected.
  • Eggs and meat products should be stored promptly and correctly according to food safety guidelines.

6. Changes, Pauses & Cancellations

  • Subscription changes, pauses, or cancellations must be made before the advertised cut-off time (usually 24 hours prior to the next delivery).
  • Orders cancelled after the cut-off may not be refundable.
  • Missed deliveries or pickups caused by incorrect details or customer unavailability may not be eligible for refunds.

7. Refunds & Replacements

  • If you believe there is an issue with your order (e.g. damaged or missing items), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
  • Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.
  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind due to the perishable nature of our products.

8. Reviews, Updates & Communications

  • Customers may receive an email invitation to submit a review relating to their order.
  • By placing an order, you may also receive occasional updates, news, or information from the farm.
  • You can unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time using the link provided in our emails.

9. Allergens & Food Safety

  • While care is taken to handle products safely, our products may be prepared or packed in environments where allergens are present.
  • Customers are responsible for checking product suitability for their dietary requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, Myponga River Farm is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or consumption of our products.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Privacy

  • Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We collect only the information necessary to process orders, deliveries, subscriptions, and communications.

12. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
  • The version published on our website at the time of ordering applies.
